Posted date: 2/April/2011

Sometime the appreciations given by the top personalities to artists come before the media very late. It is so in the case of magnificent singer Sangeetha Katti.
On a small piece of paper at Congress Sammelana in Bangalore the Congress President Sonia Gandhi wrote appreciations for the 10 minutes rendering of Vandematharam song sung by Sangeetha Katti and troupe. Sangeetha Katti did not believe her eyes and from a distance Soniaji wished her.
The singing ability of Sangeetha Katti was very much to the liking of Sonia Gandhi and in another occasion Soniaji wanted the same singer she heard in Bangalore.
Imagine the person who has been contacted in Bangalore from New Delhi told he does not have the contact number of singer Sangeetha Katti.
Sangeetha Katti does not feel bad for missing the opportunity but for the person who told he is not having the contact number of mine.
Keeping such things aside in life we have to talk melodious walk in life says Sangeetha Katti. She is on two weeks trip to London and back she will be in Mantralaya for a music program.
